The working group of SDAEU sent by the Shandong government to Dezhou has successfully completed its tasks. On May 25, the day after the handover with the Qingyun County Party Committee and the government,SDAEU working group still focused on the development of rural industries and focused on the development of Wangguquan Village, Qingyun Town, together with the working group of the Dezhou Academy of Agricultural Sciences, led the members of the village Party branch and village committee in Wangguquan Village of Qingyun Town and Liying Village of Changjia Town to investigate and study at the demonstration site of Rural Revitalization and the base of Dezhou Academy of Agricultural Sciences.
In the Fumin Planting Professional Cooperative in Deping Town, Linyi County, the members of the working group and the head of the Cooperative had an in-depth exchange of the management idea and experience from small to large, weak to strong, investigated and learned the family farm planting model, agricultural material supply chain model, farmer's farmland trust service model and other business methods. Later, the working group went to the Huahui Planting Professional Cooperative in Linzi Town, Linyi County to focus on the community party branch's experience in adhering to the leadership of party building, leading the establishment of the cooperative, efficient operation and management, and effective allocation of resources, and obtained the annual dividend of 1,200 yuan per mu for members of the cooperative; in the Municipal Agricultural Science and Technology Innovation Park, the working group focused on inspecting plant tissue culture and rapid propagation technology, factory seedling breeding technology, greenhouse planting series technology demonstration, and agricultural technology training center, etc. He Hongjun, Secretary of the Party Branch and Chairman of the Dezhou Academy of Agricultural Sciences, gave a detailed introduction to the development of agricultural scientific research innovation and agricultural scientific and technological services of the Municipal Academy of Agricultural Sciences, as well as the important achievements and work achievements, and put forward suggestions and counter measures on how to develop characteristic rich industries for the two villages.

Finally, the parties also had in-depth exchanges on the next step of deepening cooperation. SDAEU and Dezhou Academy of Agricultural Sciences are both scientific research institutions serving “agriculture, rural areas and farmers”. There is a lot ofspace for cooperation in crop breeding and cultivation, agricultural product processing, and application of intelligent information technology. The two sides agreed to conduct mutual visits and exchanges as soon as possible, sign a comprehensive cooperation agreementon the basis of “complementary advantages, mutual benefit and win-win” to contribute wisdom and strength to jointly build a Qilu model for rural revitalization.
